- All custom-made or tailored items (including modifications in measurements such as length, size, or any specific details) are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged or altered once the order is confirmed.
- For ready-made items (standard sizes and lengths), customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging and tags are intact.
- Any return request beyond 14 days will not be accepted.
